Steak With Chili Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 tsp vegetable oil
4 None beef rib-eye steaks (7 oz each)
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 medium tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
2 small red Thai chili peppers, finely chopped
2 tsp tomato paste
None None Green salad, to serve
Preparation

Heat 2 tsp of the oil in a large skillet on high heat. Cook steaks until desired doneness. Cover to keep warm.
Meanwhile, heat remaining oil in medium saucepan on medium heat. Cook onion and garlic, stirring, until onion has softened. Add tomatoes, chili peppers and tomato paste; cook, stirring, for 5 mins. Serve steaks with sauce and a green salad.
