Watermelon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp raspberry vinegar
    2 tsp honey
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1 tsp orange zest
    2 tbsp vegetable oil
    6 tbsp chopped scallion
    3 cups baby arugula
    3 cups sliced seedless watermelon
    1 cup strawberries, sliced
    1/2 cup sliced radish
    1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
    1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
Preparation
    Whisk together vinegar, honey, orange juice, orange zest, vegetable oil and 2 tbsp scallion. Season.
    Arrange arugula on a serving platter. Layer watermelon, strawberries, radishes, remaining scallion and herbs over top. Serve with vinaigrette.
