Sticky Soy Drumettes With Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs chicken drumettes
    1/2 cup light soy sauce
    1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    2 tbsp sesame seeds
    2 tbsp vegetable or peanut oil
    2 medium carrots, cut into matchsticks
    1 small red pepper, cut into matchsticks
    6 oz Chinese cabbage, shredded
    1 pkg (16 oz) fresh Chinese noodles
    1/4 cup bottled stir-fry sauce
    4 None green onions, cut into 1 1/2-inch lengths
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Spray a large foil-lined baking pan with no stick cooking spray. Place chicken in prepared pan. Whisk soy sauce and sugar in a small bowl. Pour over chicken; mix well. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp of the sesame seeds.
    Bake, turning occasionally, for 40-45 mins or until cooked through and glazed. Remove from oven. Sprinkle chicken with remaining 1 tbsp sesame seeds.
    Meanwhile, heat a wok or large skillet on high heat. Add oil; swirl to coat surface. Add carrot, pepper and cabbage; stir-fry for 2 mins. Add noodles and stir-fry sauce; stir-fry for 3-4 mins or until heated through. Remove from heat. Add onion; toss to combine.
    Serve chicken with noodle mixture.
