Mixed Berry Clafoutis - cooking recipe

10 oz frozen mixed berries
2 tbsp blanched almonds
2 tbsp flour
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 None eggs
1 tbsp port
3 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Grease a 5-cup gratin dish. Place berries in prepared dish and set aside.
Process almonds and flour in a food processor or blender. Add milk, 1/4 cup of the sugar, eggs and port. Process until well combined.
Pour batter slowly over berries. Dot with butter and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup sugar.
Bake for 30-40 mins, until top is golden and batter has set. Cool slightly and serve warm.
