Carrot And Chicken Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb broccoli, cut into small florets
    3 tbsp sesame oil
    1 inch fresh ginger, minced
    1 None red chili pepper, deseeded and sliced
    7 oz chicken breast, cut into cubes
    2 tbsp unsalted peanuts
    1 lb carrots, peeled and diced
    1 tsp all-purpose flour
    2-3 tsp curry powder
    1 cup vegetable stock
    1 cup heavy cream
    3 None fresh chives, chopped
Preparation
    Blanch broccoli in boiling salted water for 3 mins. Drain.
    Heat sesame oil. Saute ginger and chili. Add chicken and peanuts and cook briefly. Add carrots, flour and curry powder. Slowly add stock and cream and cook for about 5 mins, stirring. Add blanched broccoli and chives. Season to taste.
