Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 None celery sticks, thinly sliced
1 medium red apple, thinly sliced
1 medium green apple, thinly sliced
8 cups torn Romaine lettuce
3 oz Swiss cheese, cubed
3/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp finely chopped chives
8 None slices sourdough bread, toasted
Preparation

Place celery, apples, lettuce, cheese and walnuts in a large bowl; toss to combine.
For the dressing, mix yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice and chives in a small bowl until well blended. Season.
Pour dressing over salad; toss to lightly to coat. Serve with toast.
