Harissa Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup all-purpose flour
    1 tbsp black sesame seeds
    2 None large egg whites
    2 tbsp milk
1 lb turkey breasts, cut into 1/2 inch strips
    2 tbsp + 3 tsp harissa paste
None None Vegetable oil, to deep fry
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    2 tbsp lime juice
    1 None scallion, thinly sliced
None None Lime wedges, to serve
Preparation
Combine flour and sesame seeds on a large plate. Whisk egg whites and milk in a medium bowl. Brush turkey with 2 tbsp harissa paste. Dip into egg white mixture; let excess drain off. Coat in flour mixture. Place on a plate. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill 15 minutes.
In a large heavy-based saucepan, heat oil over moderately high heat (oil is ready when a cube of bread crisps quickly without absorbing oil). Deep-fry turkey, in batches, 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and cooked. Using a slotted spoon, transfer to paper towels to drain. Place on a serving plate.
Whisk mayonnaise, 3 tsp harissa and lime juice in a small bowl. Season to taste. Sprinkle turkey with scallion. Serve with mayonnaise mixture and lime wedges.
