Steak Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 lbs frozen French fries
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    1 None red onion, sliced
    4 None cube steaks, halved
    4 tbsp Dijon mustard, plus extra to serve
    1 None baguette
    3 1/2 cups baby arugula, to serve
Preparation
    Prepare French fries according to package directions. Meanwhile, melt 2 tbsp butter in a skillet on high. Saute onion for 5 mins, until brown. Remove from pan. Cook steaks in same pan for 1 min each side.
    Combine remaining butter and mustard in a small bowl. Cut baguette into 4 pieces and split each piece open. Spread bottom half of bread with mustard mixture and fill with arugula, steak, and onion.
    Season and serve with fries and extra mustard.
