Crab, Avocado And Cucumber Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None spring onions, thinly sliced
    2 None fresh long red chilies, chopped, seeds removed
    18 oz fresh cooked crabmeat
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    2 None small cucumbers, sliced into thin ribbons with a vegetable peeler
    2 None avocados, pitted, thinly sliced
    8 slices bread
Preparation
    Combine spring onions, chilies, crabmeat and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Season to taste.
    Assemble sandwiches by layering cucumber, crab and avocado on bread. Trim crusts then cut each sandwich into 3 smaller rectangles.
