Tuna And Olive Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 oz spiral pasta
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 None onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes
    4 None anchovy fillets, chopped
    1 tsp sugar
    1/2 tsp chili powder
    1 (15 oz) can tuna, drained, flaked
    2.5 oz black olives
    2 tbsp capers
    2 oz baby spinach
    None None crusty bread, to serve
Preparation
    Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain.
    Meanwhile, heat olive oil over medium heat. Saute onion and garlic for 2-3 mins, until tender. Add diced tomatoes, anchovy fillets, sugar and chili powder. Simmer for 10 mins. Fold in tuna, olives and capers. Gently heat for 1-2 mins then add pasta and spinach and toss to combine.
    Serve with crusty bread.
