Ingredients
    1/2 cup roasted red pepper
    2 tsp horseradish cream
    2 None lavash wraps or flour tortillas
    5 oz sliced rare roast beef
    1 cup baby arugula leaves
Preparation
    Drain pepper well; pat dry with paper towel.
    Spread horseradish on each wrap.
    Divide beef, pepper and arugula among wraps. Roll to enclose filling.
