Asparagus With Crisp Prosciutto And Citrus Hollandaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 None (3-oz) package prosciutto
    7 oz thin asparagus spears
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely sliced
    6 tbsp ready-made Hollandaise sauce
    None None Zest of 1 orange
    None None Toasted ciabatta bread, to serve
Preparation
    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet. Add prosciutto; cook for 30 seconds on each side until crispy. Drain on paper towels. Keep warm. Heat remaining oil in pan; saute the asparagus and garlic for 3 minutes until lightly golden.
    Mix the Hollandaise with the orange zest. Divide the asparagus, garlic and prosciutto between 6 plates; drizzle with Hollandaise. Garnish with a freshly ground black pepper. Serve with toasted ciabatta bread.
