Vanilla And Apple Iced Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None rooibos teabag
    1/2 None vanilla pod
    1/4 None apple, diced
    75 ml clear apple juice
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    None None ice cubes
    None None sugar to sweeten, optional
Preparation
    Put the tea bag and vanilla pod in a pitcher and add 2/3 cup boiling water. Leave to stand, stirring frequently for 4 minutes. Lift out the bag and let the tea cool completely.
    To serve, place the apples, apple juice and lemon juice in a glass with the ice cubes. Add the tea and sweeten with sugar if preferred.
