Tomato, Mozzarella And Beef Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    0.5 oz fresh yeast
    3 tbsp olive oil
    4 oz ground beef
    2 stalks oregano, finely chopped
    1 None onion, peeled and sliced
    4 oz canned chopped tomatoes
    2 stalks thyme, finely chopped
    7 oz fresh tomatoes, sliced
    5 oz Mozzarella cheese, sliced
    2 stalks basil, cut into strips
Preparation
    Mound the flour into a large bowl and make a well in the center. Crumble the yeast in 5 tbsp of lukewarm water, then pour into the well in the flour. Stir the yeast mixture into the flour and knead to a dough. Cover the bowl and place in a warm place for about 30 mins. Next, take the risen dough and add 1 tbsp of the oil, a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp of lukewarm water and knead until smooth. Cover and set aside for a further 30 mins.
    Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan and fry the ground beef. Season and add the oregano. Remove the meat from the pan, and set to one side. In the same pan, saute the onions until soft, then add the chopped tomatoes and cook for a further 2 mins. Season, and add the thyme.
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Roll the dough out onto a floured surface to an 8 x 12 inch oval. Place on parchment paper on a baking sheet, and coat with the tomato sauce. Next, spread the tomato and mozzarella slices evenly on top in overlapping layers, then distribute the beef in between the slices. Bake for about 15 mins. Garnish the pizza with the basil and serve.
