Broccoli With Onions And Lemon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None large head broccoli, cut into florets
    2-3 tbsp oil
    1 None red and yellow bell pepper, cut into fine strips
    2 None onions, cut into fine strips
    1 None large lemon, sliced thinly
Preparation
    Blanch broccoli florets in boiling salted water for 4-5 mins, until tender. Drain then rinse under cold water.
    Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook broccoli, peppers and onions for 5-6 mins, or until tender. Season and add a pinch of sugar. Transfer to a serving bowl along with lemon slices.
