Southern Baked Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 cup Dijon salad dressing
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 None orange, zested and juiced
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp onion powder
1 (8 lb) par-cooked smoked ham, at room temperature
1 cup apple juice
None None fresh flat-leaf parsley and cinnamon sticks, for garnish
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Whisk together dressing, brown sugar, 1 tsp orange zest, 1/4 cup orange juice, garlic, cinnamon and onion powder.
Place ham, cut-side down, in a roasting pan. Brush with dressing mixture. Pour apple juice around ham, cover with foil and bake for 30 mins. Remove foil and brush with dressing mixture. Bake for 30 mins, or until golden brown. Transfer ham to a cutting board and cover with foil to keep warm.
Skim fat from pan juices and discard. Boil pan juices and remaining dressing mixture until reduced by 1/3. Serve with sliced ham. Garnish with fresh parsley and cinnamon sticks.
