Lemon And Ginger Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 None unwaxed lemon, zested and flesh sliced
    1 piece fresh ginger (2 inches), minced
    None None Honey, for serving
Preparation
    Place the lemon zest and slices in a teapot. Add the ginger and 4 cups boiling water, cover and let stand for 5 mins. Pour into heatproof tea glasses or cups and serve with honey to taste.
