Asian Greens In Oyster Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp oil
    2 cloves garlic, sliced
    2 None red chilies, sliced
    1 bunch pak choi, chopped
    4.5 oz green beans, trimmed, halved
    3.5 oz sugar snap peas, trimmed
    10 None oyster mushrooms, sliced
    6 None green onions, sliced
    1 bunch Chinese broccoli, chopped
    1/4 cup oyster sauce
    1 tbsp light soy sauce
    None None toasted sesame seeds, to serve
Preparation
    In a wok or large frying pan, heat oil over high heat. Stir-fry garlic and chilies for 1 min. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3 mins, until just wilted. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce and 2 tbsp water. Stir-fry for 3-4 mins, until vegetables are cooked to your liking.
    Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
