1 tsp active dry yeast
1/2 tsp granulated sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
2 tbsp fresh rosemary, coarsely chopped
2 tsp sea salt flakes
Preparation
-
Combine yeast, sugar, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 cup lukewarm water. Set aside for 5 mins, or until foamy. Place flour in a bowl and make a well in the center. Add yeast mixture and oil and stir to combine. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic. Return to bowl, cover with a clean tea towel and place in a warm area for 1 hour, or until dough doubles in size.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Line baking trays with parchment paper. Divide dough into 10 pieces then roll each into a 10 inch long oval. Sprinkle with rosemary and salt. Press rosemary and salt into dough. Transfer to prepared trays and bake for 10 mins, rotating halfway through, or until golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
