Spicy Meatballs With Yogurt Dipping Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    1 None onion, finely chopped
    3/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
    2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tsp paprika
    1/2 to 1 tsp cayenne pepper
    2 tbsp olive oil
    3/4 cup plain yogurt
    1 None lemon, finely grated peel only
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, onion, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic and spices in a medium bowl. Season. Using wet hands, shape tablespoons of mixture into balls. Refrigerate for at least 30 mins.
    Meanwhile, for the yogurt dipping sauce, mix yogurt and lemon peel in a small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve,
    Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Cook the meatballs in batches for 8-10 mins, turning, until browned all over and cooked through. Drain on paper towels. Serve with the yogurt dipping sauce.
