Egg Free Meat Loaf With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 lbs ground beef
    1 small red onion, grated
    3/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
    1 None carrot, grated
    5 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup barbecue sauce
    1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
    2 tbsp tomato paste
    1 tbsp chopped parsley
    2 cloves garlic, crushed (optional)
    1 tbsp sesame seeds
    None None Broccoli, carrots, roasted potatoes and gravy, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease a baking pan.
    Combine all ingredients except sesame seeds in a large bowl, mixing well. Halve mixture and form into 2 loaves on prepared pan. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and press in slightly. Cover with foil.
    Bake 30-35 mins, draining liquid after 20 mins.
    Remove foil and bake a further 10 mins, until loaf is browned. Let stand 5 mins then cut into thick slices. Serve with broccoli, carrots, potatoes and gravy.
