Spaghetti With Prawns, Garlic And Lemon - cooking recipe

1 lb spaghetti
4 tbsp olive oil
12 None king prawns, tails-on
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 None small red chili, deseeded and finely sliced
1/4 cup vegetable stock
None None lemon juice, to taste
None None fresh parsley, to garnish
Preparation

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain.
Meanwhile, heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan and saute the prawns for 2-3 mins. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Heat the remaining oil, saute the garlic and chili for 1-2 mins. Deglaze the pan with the stock, add the cooked spaghetti and simmer for 2 mins. Add the prawns. Season and add lemon juice to taste. Garnish with the parsley.
