Goat Cheese And Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
    1 tbsp red wine vinegar
    1 tbsp grainy mustard
    None None Goat Cheese and Tomato Salad
    1/3 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
    2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
    1 tbsp fresh marjoram, finely chopped
    5.25 oz goat cheese
    4 None large tomatoes, sliced
    1 lb mixed baby tomatoes, halved
    4 slices prosciutto, torn
    2 tbsp pine nuts, toasted
    None None crusty bread, to serve
Preparation
    For the dressing, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar and mustard. Set aside.
    Combine herbs in a shallow dish. Roll goat cheese in herbs to coat. Slice into 4 rounds.
    Distribute tomatoes between serving plates. Season. Top with a piece of goat cheese and drizzle with dressing. Add prosciutto and pine nuts. Serve with crusty bread.
