Bagels Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp olive oil
    8 slices bacon
    1 tbsp white vinegar
    4 None eggs
    3 None blueberry bagels, split, toasted
    3 None savory bagels, split, toasted
    1/2 lb cream cheese, to serve
    7 oz smoked salmon, sliced, to serve
    None None baby spinach, to serve
    None None jam, to serve
    None None honey, to serve
    None None lemon wedges, to serve
Preparation
    Heat olive oil in a medium frying pan over high heat. Cook bacon for 1-2 mins per side, until crisp and golden. Drain on paper towels.
    Meanwhile, half-fill a deep-frying pan with water. Add vinegar. Bring to a boil then turn down heat. Working with 1 egg at a time, crack eggs into a small bowl then slide into water. Gently poach for 2-3 mins, until egg whites have set.
    Arrange bacon, eggs and bagels on a serving platter. Serve with remaining ingredients.
