Banana And Chocolate Chip Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup mashed ripe banana
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    2/3 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
    3 None eggs, at room temperature
    1/3 cup milk
    1/4 cup grapeseed oil or extra light olive oil
    1 3/4 cups gluten-free self-rising flour
    None None Gluten-free powdered sugar, to dust
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 375\u00b0F. Grease and line an 8 x 4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper, extending paper at long sides for handles.
    Mix banana, sugar, chocolate chips, eggs, milk and oil in a large bowl. Add flour; stir until well combined. Using a spoon, beat for 2 mins or until mixture is slightly paler in color. Pour mixture into prepared pan; smooth top with a spatula.
    Bake for 35-40 mins or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 5 mins. Remove from pan; cool completely on a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar.
