Honey Balsamic Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb carrots, cut into matchsticks
    2 tbsp chopped onion
    1 tbsp butter
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    2 tsp honey
    2 tsp balsamic vinegar
    1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
Preparation
    In a large skillet, combine carrots, onion, butter, chicken broth, honey and vinegar. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 6 mins. Remove lid and cook for 2 mins, until sauce reduces. Season. Serve garnished with chives.
