Spinach Tagliatelle With Wild Mushrooms And Shrimp - cooking recipe

8 oz spinach tagliatelle
6 tbsp olive oil
1 None small onion, finely diced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 lb wild mushrooms, cleaned
10 None tail-on jumbo shrimp
3 tbsp rosemary
2 tbsp oregano leaves
Preparation

Cook the pasta in salted, boiling water for 10-12 mins until tender. Meanwhile, heat 2 tbsp of the oil in a frying pan and add the onion, garlic and mushrooms. Season and saute for 4-5 mins.
Remove the vegetables from the pan and set aside. Add the prawns to the pan and fry for 4-5 mins. Sprinkle with rosemary and oregano. Drain the pasta. Add the mushrooms, pasta and remaining olive oil to the prawns and mix well.
