Rainbow Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb cake crumbs
    1/4 cup cocoa powder, sifted
    1/3 cup powdered sugar, sifted, plus extra to dust
    1/3 cup plum jam, warmed
    3 oz sprinkles
Preparation
    Combine cake crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar and jam. Divide into 4 portions. On a flat work surface lightly dusted with powdered sugar, shape each portion into an 8 inch log. Using 2 rulers, press sides of logs in to form a triangle. Roll in sprinkles to coat.
    Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and chill for 1 hour, or until firm enough to cut.
    Cut each log into 3/4 inch pieces. Chill for 1 hour, or until firm. Serve.
