Smoked Fish And Caper Pâté - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb smoked fish
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp flaky sea salt
    None None Freshly ground black pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp coriander seeds, freshly ground (optional)
    1 None lemon, peel finely grated and 1 tbsp juice
    1 tbsp chopped parsley, plus additional leaves, to garnish
    1 tbsp snipped chives
    1 small dill pickle, thinly sliced
    2 tbsp preserved lemon peel, rinsed and chopped, plus additional, cut into strips, to garnish
    1 tbsp capers, rinsed and chopped
Preparation
    Remove the skin bones from the fish; discard. Flake the fish.
    Mix all the remaining ingredients, except the garnishes, in a medium bowl. Add the fish and mix lightly to combine. Cover and refrigerate until required.
    Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with preserved lemon peel and coarsely chopped parsley.
