Mushroom And Zucchini Pizzas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp chopped fresh thyme
1 clove garlic, minced
2 None small ciabattas, halved lengthways
2/3 cup cream cheese with garlic and herbs
1/2 lb zucchini (about 1 large), peeled into ribbons with a vegetable peeler
2 1/4 lb Swiss chard, trimmed
5 oz button mushrooms, thinly sliced
6 oz mozzarella or feta, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, thyme and garlic.
Spread the ciabatta halves with the cream cheese. In separate saucepans, boil or steam the zucchini and chard until just tender. Drain, cool slightly, then squeeze the excess water from the chard. Finely chop the chard.
Top bread with chard, zucchini, mushrooms, and cheeses. Drizzle with thyme oil and bake for 10 mins, or until cheese has melted and bread is crisp. Serve immediately.
