Quick Mini Pizzas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slice bacon, thinly sliced
    1 None egg, lightly beaten
    1/3 cup coarsely grated mozzarella cheese
    1 None prepared pizza crust (12 inches)
    1/4 cup bottled tomato pasta sauce
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Cook the bacon in heated small skillet, stirring, until crisp. Add the egg; cook, stirring, until the egg just sets. Remove from the heat. Stir in the cheese.
    Using a 2-inch shaped cutter, cut shapes from the pizza crust and place on a baking pan. Divide the sauce among the crusts; top with the bacon mixture.
    Bake for about 10 mins or until browned and crisp. Serve.
