Beef And Goat Cheese Wraps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp oil
    1 lb ground beef
    1 None small onion, peeled and finely diced
    1 clove garlic, peeled and finely chopped
    4 None flour tortillas
    4 tbsp tomato puree
    5.5 oz iceberg lettuce, cut into strips
    7 oz goat cheese, crumbled
Preparation
    Heat the oil in a large, non-stick frying pan and fry the beef over high heat for 6-8 mins, until crumbly. After 4 mins add the onion and garlic. Season to taste. Transfer to a plate and allow to cool.
    Lay the tortillas on a work surface and spread each with 1 tbsp tomato puree. Top with the beef, lettuce and cheese, leaving a 1 inch border around the edge. Fold in the ends and roll up tightly. Cut in half diagonally. Serve wrapped in parchment paper and tied with ribbon.
