Orecchiette With Broccoli And Arugula - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb Orecchiette
    5-6 tbsp olive oil
    1 1/2 lb broccoli, cut into florets
    3 cloves garlic, sliced
    2 None red chilies, sliced
    1/2 lb arugula
Preparation
    Cook the Orecchiette in boiling, salted water according to the package instructions then drain. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the broccoli and saute for 5-6 mins, turning. Add the garlic and chili and saute for 1-2 mins. Fold in the arugula and season. Add the pasta and toss. Divide between 4 bowls and garnish with black pepper.
