Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp oil
    1 kg minced beef
    1 medium onion, finely diced
    3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    3 tbsp tomato paste
    400 ml tomato juice
    425 ml tin of chopped tomatoes
    425 ml tin of kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    425 ml tin of baked beans
    425 ml tin of corn, drained
    6 tbsp creme fraiche
    None None chopped rosemary for garnish
Preparation
    Heat oil in a nonstick frying pan and brown ground meat. Season then add onion and garlic and cook for 2-3 mins. Add tomato paste and cook for 2-3 min. Add tomato juice and chopped tomatoes and simmer for 2 mins. Add beans and corn, season and simmer for 3-4 mins. Serve with a dollop of creme fraiche (or sour cream, if using). Garnish with sliced chili pepper and rosemary.
