Apple And Blueberry Purée - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None apples, peeled, cored and coarsely chopped
    1/2 cup blueberries
Preparation
    Combine the apples, blueberries and 1 tbsp water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low; simmer, covered, for about 10 mins or until the fruit is tender. Cool slightly.
    Blend the mixture until smooth. Strain the puree through a sieve to remove any pieces of skin.
