2 None eggs
1/2 cup half-and-half or milk
2 tbsp chopped parsley
8 None thick slices French bread
1 tbsp butter
None None Maple syrup, to serve
Preparation

Beat eggs, half-and-half or milk and chopped parsley in a medium bowl until well blended. Season to taste. Dip bread slices in egg mixture for a few seconds each side.
Heat butter in a large skillet on medium heat. When foaming, place the soaked bread in the pan. Cook for 2-3 mins each side until golden. Serve with maple syrup.
