Greek Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb tomatoes, diced
    1 None cucumber, diced
    3 None onions, diced
    2 None sweet peppers, deseeded and diced
    1 cup black olives, drained
    7-8 oz block feta, diced
    4 tbsp red wine vinegar
    Pinch None sugar
    6 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 None garlic clove, minced
    2 tsp dried oregano
Preparation
    Mix the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, pepper, olives and feta together. Whisk the vinegar, sugar, olive oil, garlic and oregano together and season with salt and pepper. Fold the dressing into the salad then set aside to marinate for up to 30 mins. Serve.
