Honey Soy Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None rotisserie chicken, meat shredded, skin and bones discarded
    2 cups bean sprouts
    1 None carrot, grated
    1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
    1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, shredded
    1 pkg (3 oz) ramen noodles
    1/2 None iceberg lettuce, finely shredded
    1 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
    None None FOR THE DRESSING
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    2 tbsp honey
    1 tbsp sesame oil
Preparation
    Toss chicken, bean sprouts, carrot and herbs in large bowl until combined.
    In a separate bowl, combine dressing ingredients. Drizzle over chicken mixture, tossing well. Refrigerate for 20 mins.
    Just before serving, add noodles (reserve seasoning packet for another use) and lettuce to chicken mixture. Toss well and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
