Grilled Stuffed Jalapeños - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup corn kernels
    1/2 cup cooked crumbled Italian sausage
    1 tbsp minced scallion
    1 cup shredded Cheddar and Jack cheese blend
    3 tbsp cream cheese, softened
    12 None jalapeno peppers, halved, seeded
    2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine corn, sausage, scallion, 1/2 cup cheese and cream cheese. Season. Stuff peppers with mixture.
    Preheat grill. Arrange peppers over cooler side of grill and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and grill for 3 mins, or until cheese is melted. Garnish with cilantro.
