Avocado And Coconut Sorbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 None avocados, peeled and pitted
    3 None limes, juiced
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 cup coconut syrup
    3 tbsp coconut liqueur
    None None raspberries and fresh coconut, to decorate
Preparation
    In a blender, puree the avocados, lime juice, vanilla extract, coconut syrup and liqueur. Pour into a metal bowl and freeze for at least 5 hours, stirring occasionally.
    To serve, remove from freezer and let stand at room temperature for 10 mins before serving. Scoop into tall glasses and decorate with raspberries and coconut.
