Pork Dumplings (Siu Mai) With Vinegar Soy Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz ground pork
    2 None green onions, finely chopped
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tsp sesame oil
    1 tsp grated ginger
    1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp white pepper
    24 None round wonton wrappers
    None None FOR THE VINEGAR SOY DRESSING
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tbsp red wine vinegar
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Line a bamboo steamer basket with nonstick parchment paper.
    Combine all ingredients, except wonton wrappers, in a large bowl. Spoon 2 tsp of mixture into center of each wrapper. Brush edges of wrapper with a little water. Fold wrapper over filling and pleat to seal.
    Arrange dumplings in a single layer in prepared steamer. Place over a wok of gently simmering water and cover tightly with lid. Steam in batches for 5-7 mins, until cooked through.
    For the vinegar soy dressing, combine all ingredients in a bowl. Serve dumplings with dressing.
