Stir-Fried Vegetables In Oyster Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp vegetable or peanut oil
    1 lb mixed vegetables of choice, cut to a similar size and blanched if necessary
    1/4 cup oyster sauce, mixed with 2 tbsp water
    2 None spring onions, sliced
Preparation
    Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry vegetables for 1-2 mins, add sauce and cook for 1-2 mins, until almost tender and sauce thickens. Serve with spring onions.
