Grilled Corn On The Cob With Tahini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cobs corn, silk removed, soaked for 15 mins
3 1/2 tbsp butter, softened
1/2 tbsp tahini
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation

Preheat grill. Combine butter, tahini, cayenne pepper and cilantro.
Peel back corn husks carefully and brush butter mixture over corn. Carefully fold husks back over corn. Tie tops with butcher's twine or secure with a small piece of foil.
Grill corn for 15 mins, turning regularly. Remove husks from corn and cut cobs in 1/2. Serve.
