Thai Bloody Mary - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp grated palm sugar or brown sugar
2 None fresh kaffir lime leaves, finely shredded
1 None red bird's-eye chili pepper
4 tsp lime juice
1/4 cup vodka
1 cup ice cubes
None None Dash fish sauce
2/3 cup vegetable juice
None None Lime wedge, to garnish
Preparation

Using a muddler, crush palm sugar, lime leaves, chili pepper and lime juice in a cocktail shaker.
Add vodka, ice cubes and a dash of fish sauce, then shake vigorously. Pour into highball glass. Top up with vegetable juice and stir to combine. Garnish with a lime wedge.
