Fresh Orange Jell-O - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups orange juice, strained
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1 tbsp powdered gelatin, bloomed in 1/4 cup ice water for 5 mins
    1 None orange, segmented
Preparation
    Combine 1 cup orange juice and sugar in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 3 mins, stirring, until sugar has dissolved. Simmer for 2 mins. Remove from heat. Add bloomed gelatin and stir until melted. Add remaining orange juice. Distribute between molds and chill overnight.
    Invert onto serving plates. Serve with orange segments.
