Chunky Vegetable And Pasta Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 slices bacon, chopped
    1 None onion, chopped
    1 None potato, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 None carrots, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    6 cups chicken stock
    1 (13.5 oz) can cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
    1 oz orzo
    3.5 oz Swiss chard, chopped
    None None Parmesan cheese, grated, to serve
    None None crusty bread, to serve
Preparation
    Heat olive oil in a large saucepan. Saute bacon, onion, potato and garlic for 4-5 mins, until onion is tender. Add carrots and celery. Cook over high heat, stirring, for 4-5 mins, until vegetables begin to caramelize. Add chicken stock and cannellini beans. Simmer for 10 mins. Add orzo and simmer for 10-15 mins, until pasta is tender. Add Swiss chard. Season.
    Top with grated Parmesan and serve with crusty bread.
