Seafood And Cheese Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 oz large pasta shells
    1/2 head broccoli, cut into small florets
    1/4 cup butter
    1 None onion, finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/3 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup milk
    10.5 oz firm white fish fillets, chopped
    3.5 oz frozen peas and corn, thawed
    2.75 oz white Cheddar cheese, grated
    1.5 oz Parmesan, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Arrange six 1 cup ramekins or baking dishes on a baking sheet.
    Cook pasta according to package instructions. Add broccoli for final minute. Drain well.
    Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Saute onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth. Return to heat. Cook, stirring, until sauce boils and thickens. Simmer 3 minutes.
    Add fish, peas and corn, and pasta to sauce. Simmer for 1-2 minutes. Stir in half the combined cheese.
    Spoon mixture into ramekins. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
