Asian Seafood Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz firm white fish fillets, chopped
    9 oz medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1 tbsp green Thai curry paste
    1 tbsp fish sauce
    1/3 cup rice flour
    2 tbsp vegetable oil
    1 None baguette, split lengthwise, quartered
    None None Sweet chili sauce, to serve
    None None FOR THE SALAD
    1 small cucumber, sliced
    3 None radishes, thinly sliced
    1/4 cup mint leaves
    1/4 cup dill sprigs
Preparation
    Combine fish, 1/2 the shrimp, curry paste and fish sauce in a food processor. Pulse to a paste. Add remaining shrimp and pulse to just chop shrimp. Shape into 4 long sausage-shaped patties. Dust in rice flour, shaking off excess. Refrigerate.
    Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Cook patties, 3-4 mins each side, until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
    For the salad, toss all ingredients in a bowl.
    Serve patties on baguette with salad. Drizzle with chili sauce to serve.
