Shrimp, Avocado And Papaya Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp cocktail sauce
    1/4 cup lime juice
    1/4 cup light olive oil
    1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
    1 tsp fish sauce
    2 None avocados, peeled, sliced into wedges
    1/4 head iceberg lettuce, sliced into thin wedges
    1 None papaya, peeled, seeded, sliced into wedges
    2 1/4 lbs cooked medium shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails on
    1 oz cilantro leaves, to serve
    None None lime wedges, to serve
Preparation
    For the dressing, whisk all of the liquid ingredients together in a bowl. Set aside.
    Arrange the avocado, papaya, lettuce, shrimp and cilantro in small glasses. Drizzle with the dressing and serve immediately with the lime wedges.
