Beef In Black Bean Sauce With Rice Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 oz dried rice noodles
    1 tbsp peanut oil
    1 1/4 lb ground beef
    1 None medium onion, thinly sliced
    2 None fresh long red chilies, thinly sliced
    12 oz Chinese cabbage, coarsely chopped
    5 oz sugar snap peas
    1/4 cup black bean sauce
    1/4 cup kecap manis (Indonesian soy sauce)
    1/4 cup beef stock
    1 tbsp rice vinegar
    4 None green onions, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Cover noodles with boiling water. Set aside until just tender. Drain.
    Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry beef, onion and chilies until beef is cooked through. Add cabbage and peas. Stir-fry until cabbage is tender. Add noodles, black bean sauce, kecap manis, beef stock, vinegar and green onions. Stir-fry until hot. Serve.
